Janine Smith, RN, President
Janine is the President and an owner of Elder Bridge, Inc. She is responsible for the assessment and coordination of care services for our clients and manages the staff of caregivers. Janine has over 20 years of home health care experience with both local and national home care companies. In her home health experience, she has created and implemented nursing and pharmaceutical practices while providing direct patient care. Janine has worked in acute and sub-acute settings in both clinical and supervisory capacities. Janine is a licensed, Registered Nurse in Illinois; is certified in Geriatrics and Physical Rehabilitation and is a member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers.

Stephen DeCoursey, Vice President
Steve is the Vice President and an owner of Elder Bridge, Inc. He is responsible for the business development and financial operations of the company. Steve has over 30 years of varied experience in the health care industry. Previous positions have included the Vice President of Operations for a health claims administrator, the Vice President of Planning, Marketing and Development for a for-profit and a not-for-profit health care system as well as a free-standing hospital. Steve was also involved in the development of a web-based health care self service company that focused on health care benefit and clinical practice information. Steve received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, a Masters in Public Administration in health care policy from American University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Vicki Ross, Office Manager
Vicki is the Office Manager of Elder Bridge, Inc. She is responsible for all human resource functions with Elder Bridge caregivers and for scheduling caregivers with clients. Vicki has nearly 15 years of varied experience in the home health industry, including a home health care agency and a home therapy agency. Her experience and expertise is with all aspects of the day to day operations of home care services. Vicki also assists Janine in coordinating services for clients and in marketing Elder Bridge’s services to the general public.
