Janine is the President and the owner of Elder Bridge, Inc. She is responsible for the business development, financial operations of the company, and the coordination of care services for our clients. Janine has over 25 years of home health care experience with both local and national home care companies. In her home health experience, she has created and implemented nursing and pharmaceutical practices while providing direct patient care. Janine has worked in acute and sub-acute settings in both clinical and supervisory capacities. Janine is a Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of Illinois, has credentials in Geriatrics and Physical Rehabilitation and is certified in Dementia Assessment, Care and Management through the University of Illinois.

Chris is an essential part of the nursing team at Elder Bridge. She is responsible for initial assessments, ongoing supervisory visits, coordination of care and services for our clients and assists with our Marketing. With over 20 years of experience, Chris began her career in Women and Children's Health and then went on to work at the bedside in multiple units including the intensive care unit. Chris transitioned her skill set to serve as a case manager for injured workers where she assisted patient's treatment coordination with multimodality bomb-blast injuries worldwide. Chris' career came full circle from the beginning of the life cycle to the end of the life cycle as she served as a hospice field nurse before joining Elder Bridge. Chris is a registered nurse in Illinois and holds additional credentials as a certified Palliative and Hospice nurse.

David is the Office Manager and is responsible for the vital daily operations within the company as well as managing our caregiving staff. He has over 12 years of management experience in the Caregiving and Private Duty Industry. Prior to his dedication in the home care field, he was employed for 20 years at the Pacific Stock Exchange as Director of Operations of the trading floor. David manages the processing of invoicing and able is to answer any questions you have regarding your invoice. He also assists in processing our payroll. David oversees the daily caregiver schedules, and assists with verifying client schedules. He is also involved in the hiring, training and retention process of our caregivers.

Elizabeth is instrumental in managing all initial and ongoing caregiver requirements including handling caregiver background checks and working with the Illinois Department of Public Health's Caregiver Registry. Working with our systems and procedures, Elizabeth oversees caregiver Continuing Education requirements as well as files insurance claims on behalf of our clients. She ensures all documentation is current and also works executing special projects for our office. She has over 30 years of office experience as an Administrative Assistant in various industries.

Susan is responsible for the majority of our client's staffing needs and in placing the most appropriate caregiver for each of our clients. Susan also oversees the initial caregiver meetings and trainings so that each one is ready and able to take care of the non-medical home care needs our clients may have. Susan has extensive experience with developing and documenting office processes, handling administrative work with a high-level of accuracy, and providing superior customer service with a personal touch.
