Testimonials
“Thank you so much for all of your help these last few months. We know that your caregivers really cared about Dad and did their best to cheer and nurture him. What a great set of caregivers!”
OUR SERVICES

Elder Bridge assists its clients in performing their day to day living activities including self care, homemaking, and recreation. These activities are a combination of Basic and Instrumental activities of daily living (“ADL”).

The Basic ADLs help a client take care of their daily personal needs, including:
  • Bathing
  • Dressing Assistance
  • Eating
  • Oral Hygiene and Hair Care
  • Transfers
  • Toileting and Personal Hygiene
  • Mobility Assistance and Range of Motion Exercises

The Instrumental ADLs enable an individual to live independently within the community and include:
  • Light Housework
  • Meal Preparation
  • Shopping and Errands
  • Medication Reminders
  • Incidental Transportation
  • Recreational Activities
  • Conversation and Companionship

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, our caregivers are instructed to follow the established care plan. On a weekly basis, the caregivers’ document in their care notes the activities for each day and sends these notes to Elder Bridge for review.
